1300 Shotgun

Some model 1300 shotguns are equipped with shorter metal slide handle tubes(action bar tube) 4 3/4" or 2 3/4" long not counting action bars.
The Hogue Foreend fits the more standard 6 1/4" tube and does not fit shorter ones. - We offer an adapter nut or extended nut that allows the use of the 4 3/4" tube. Part #03320 can be modified with moderate machining to work with a short tube. A 6 1/4" slide handle tube complete with action bars can be acquired from Winchester parts and swapped into the shotgun.
- Winchester has used two lengths of forend nuts on the 1300 series shot guns. The Hogue forend is designed for the longer nut at approx 1/2" long. The shorter nut is approx 1/8-3/16" shorter. The short nuts are far less common and will need to be replaced with a long nut or a spacer made to accommodate for the gap. A spacer can be made from thin wall 1" PVC pipe cut to length.
- Stock fits 12GA and 20 GA guns, forend only fits 12 GA.
- Fits Win 1200 guns same as 1300.
- Winchester made "store brand" guns years ago, (Sears)the forend does fit these guns. The butt stock does not fit, the rear of the receiver is shaped different on the store brand guns.
- Will NOT fit the SXP model shotguns.
